Empathetic, humble and passionate about people, his innate talent is focusing on the working relationship with the client, creating a constant dialogue to translate the client’s vision. His insight and expertise make him proficient in attaining quality and bringing projects with strict budgets and intense timeframes over the line. When not putting his creative visions to the test, he is an avid snowboarder who also enjoys listening to his vinyl record collection.

She has a natural aptitude to look at a space and visualise ways to inject authenticity, character and practicality, creating atmospheres that her clients can thrive in. Her knowledge of applied arts brings an edge to her vision and an artistic perspective to design. Mother of two boys, Eleana enjoys doing constructive activities with them, and if there is any time left, creating excel spreadsheets and handmade items.

Backed by corporate and technical experience, he is a skilful communicator who seamlessly aligns proper business objectives to creative briefs, providing enduring value for clients and brands. As a fine artist and graphic designer by passion, and a corporate strategist by experience, Mike has the creative versatility and out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative products and customer-focused digital solutions. When he’s not on a computer, you can find him composing music and mastering productions, jamming out on his instruments, developing a new skill or doodling.

Seasoned connoisseur of design materials, furniture, lighting and accessories, he has exquisite insight in product sourcing, procurement and curation. Nikos recharges his creative batteries by playing with his kids, learning new software, immersing himself in music and travelling.

George is a skilful business manager and proficient entrepreneur with vast experience in running and operating large technical companies. With a background in engineering, business and finance, he plays an integral role in the Reform team by offering valuable counselling on financial, legal and operational matters. Meticulous about strategic planning, organisational behaviour and commercial monitoring, he assists the company in achieving efficiency and maintaining international business standards. George unwinds from a stressful day through producing, mixing and mastering music, being in touch with his spirituality, fishing and playing tennis.

REFORM was founded in 2019 by Stelios and Eleana, an extremely creative dynamic duo with extensive interior and graphic design backgrounds. Partnering up with talented professionals, Mike and Nikos, the team collectively formulate a multidiscipline and interconnected design agency singularly structured on the basis of collaboration and synergy. With a comprehensive understanding of interior spaces, brand presence and the digital world, their mission is to reshape norms and create meaningful and memorable designs.
